How the system works
Admins issue HID cards or mobile credentials and assign access rights per person on the Vento platform.
Users tap a card or phone on the HID Signo reader. The controller checks permissions and opens the door instantly.
Every entry is logged centrally with instant alerts on unauthorized access.
Admins assign floor permissions per person — the card can only call authorized floors.
Users tap their card in the cabin. Only authorized floors light up and can be selected.
Every floor call is logged — who went to which floor, and when.
Admins register license plates per employee or guest — valid within time windows.
The LPR camera reads the plate at the entry lane. Authorized — the barrier lifts instantly, no ticket stop.
Logs record plate and entry/exit times — parking and fees reconciled automatically.
Admins enable two-factor authentication for sensitive zones — card plus PIN.
Users tap their card then enter a PIN on the keypad. Both factors must pass before the door opens.
Full audit log of every entry — instant alerts on repeated wrong PINs.
